3.2 Account Registration
- Registration requires a valid mobile number and email address.
- You may have only one account per mobile number.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the Website settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
4. Use of Services

By submitting feedback through the ZipMart website, app, social media, or customer support channels, users agree that the feedback is genuine and based on their own experience and does not include false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful statements. ZipMart reserves the right to verify or moderate submitted reviews for authenticity and relevance.
Rights Granted to ZipMart
By providing any review, feedback, rating, testimonial, or suggestion, you grant ZipMart and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or otherwise utilize such content in any media for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes. This may include displaying your feedback on the ZipMart website, mobile app, social media platforms, or marketing materials.
Moderation and Removal of Content
ZipMart reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any feedback or review that violates applicable laws, contains obscene/defamatory/abusive language, includes personal or sensitive data, or appears spammy or fake. ZipMart’s decision regarding publication, removal, or modification of reviews shall be final. Customer feedback is used to improve service quality; while we appreciate suggestions, we are not required to act on every idea nor pay compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Third-Party Advertising and Promotions
ZipMart may display advertisements, promotional offers, or other sponsored content from third parties (Advertisers). Advertisers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and ASCI guidelines). ZipMart does not endorse or guarantee any product, service, or offer featured in advertisements and shall not be held responsible for any error, inaccuracy, or omission in such content.
Brand Campaigns, Contests, and Offers
Occasionally ZipMart or partner brands may run campaigns, contests, giveaways, cashback, or promotional discounts (“Promotions”). Participation is voluntary and governed by specific terms. ZipMart is not liable for non-fulfillment by third parties or disputes between customers and advertisers. Users should read each promotion’s terms carefully before participating.
Product Images & Representation
ZipMart strives to display product details accurately; actual product appearance/packaging may vary due to lighting, screen differences, manufacturer updates, or batch changes. ZipMart is not liable for such minor variations, especially for third-party listings.
User-Generated Content for Marketing
By posting reviews, comments, feedback, or ratings, users grant ZipMart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for promotional or marketing purposes. ZipMart may moderate, edit, or remove submissions that violate policies; users remain responsible for their content.
Sponsored Listings & CSR
Some products may be "Sponsored" or "Promoted" via paid collaborations. ZipMart will clearly identify these but does not guarantee quality beyond seller-provided information. ZipMart may also facilitate CSR or charity initiatives in partnership with verified organizations; unless stated, ZipMart does not directly collect or distribute donations.
Disclaimer & Limitation re: Advertising
ZipMart is not liable for loss/damage arising from reliance on third-party advertising, errors in adverts, or technical issues affecting display/availability. Promotional materials are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without notice.
5. Products and Ordering
5.1 Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and prices.
- Product availability depends on stock and seller availability.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Images are for representation and may vary from actual products.
5.2 Order Placement
- Orders are subject to acceptance by ZipMart and/or the seller.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
- Minimum order values and delivery charges may apply by location.
5.3 Pharmaceutical Products / Medicines
- The Company does not sell prescription-only medicines directly; listings are by third-party pharmacies who represent they are licensed.
- Sellers listing pharmaceutical products must comply with applicable laws including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and related rules.
- Prescription medicines may be sold only after presentation of a valid prescription; ZipMart may verify prescriptions prior to dispatch.
- ZipMart is not responsible for content, quality, safety, legality, or efficacy of third-party medicinal products; risk rests with the purchaser and seller.
- The Platform does not provide medical advice; information is for informational purposes only.
- ZipMart may refuse to list or delist pharmaceutical products that are restricted, banned, or illegal.
- Sellers shall indemnify ZipMart against damages or liabilities arising from breaches of pharmaceutical obligations.
Role of ZipMart: ZipMart acts as a marketplace facilitator/delivery partner for vendors and is not responsible for manufacturing, quality, dosage, packaging, legality, or claims of pharmaceutical products.
6. Pricing and Payments
6.1 Pricing
- All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes where displayed.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Surge pricing may apply during peak times or high demand.
- Discounts and offers are subject to specific terms.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, Cash on Delivery (where available) and Net Banking.
6.3 Payment Processing
- Payment is processed upon order confirmation.
- Failed transactions are automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways.
- You authorize ZipMart to charge your selected payment method for orders and applicable fees.
6.4 Taxes on Your Order
Tax invoices, order summaries or bills of supply will be issued as required by law and available on the order page after delivery. For third-party offerings, invoices may be issued on behalf of the relevant seller. The displayed MRP is as printed on packaging; payable amounts may vary due to discounts or revised GST rates. GST benefits or input tax credits (if applicable) require submission of valid GSTIN when placing the order.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas
- Services are available in select cities and serviceable areas; these may change without notice.
- We strive to expand coverage continuously.
7.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, stock levels, or operational constraints.
7.3 Delivery Process
- Delivery partners will contact you upon arrival.
- Someone must be available to receive the order; age verification may be required for restricted products.
- ZipMart is not responsible for incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7.4 Failed Deliveries
- Multiple delivery attempts may be made; orders may be returned to the darkhouse/seller after failed attempts.
- Refunds will be processed for returned orders where applicable; additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Order Cancellation
- By Customer: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- By ZipMart: We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other valid reasons.
- By Sellers: Sellers may cancel orders due to stock issues or other constraints.
8.2 Cancellation Details
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancel before packing/dispatch. Once packed/out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
- ZipMart’s Right to Cancel: We may cancel for unavailability, pricing errors, inaccurate info, suspected fraud, or out-of-area delivery. Payments will be refunded per timelines.
- Force Majeure: Orders may be cancelled due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns or similar events; refunds processed accordingly.
- Cancellation Charges: Orders cancelled after packing may attract a nominal charge to cover packing/logistics. No charges if cancelled before packing.
- Refund Timelines: Refunds for prepaid orders processed within 5–7 business days from cancellation confirmation. COD refunds (if eligible) per company policy.
- Seller-Specific Policies: Third-party seller cancellation/refund terms may also apply and will be displayed where relevant.
- Abuse of Policy: ZipMart may restrict or suspend users who misuse cancellations or place orders with intent to cancel.
9. Quality and Safety
9.1 Product Quality
- We work with trusted sellers to ensure quality standards.
- Fresh produce is subject to natural variation.
- Report quality issues immediately for quick resolution; claims should include photographic evidence.
9.2 Food Safety
- We follow food safety and hygiene protocols where applicable.
- Temperature-controlled storage/delivery is used for perishables.
- Check expiry dates before consumption; ZipMart not liable for improper storage by customers.
9.3 Product Liability
Sellers are primarily responsible for product quality and safety. ZipMart acts as an intermediary; liability for quality-related issues is generally limited to the order value.
10. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
10.1 Promotional Terms
Promotions, offers, discounts, coupons, cashback, or other incentives are subject to eligibility, validity, and terms specified for each promotion. ZipMart may modify, withdraw or cancel promotions at any time.
10.2 Coupons and Discounts
- Valid for limited periods as specified.
- Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless specified.
- Subject to minimum order values and product exclusions where applicable.
10.3 Loyalty Programs
- Earn points/credits for purchases; points may expire.
- Redemption subject to program terms and availability.
- Program terms may change with notice.
11. ZipMart Wallet & Coins Crediting
- Overview: ZipMart Wallet allows storing funds, earning reward coins, and redeeming them on future purchases.
- Earning Coins: Coins credited for promotional campaigns, order rewards, referral programs — typically after successful delivery.
- Crediting Timeline: Coins usually credited within 24–48 hours after order completion; disputes may delay crediting.
- Usage: Coins redeemable for discounts on future orders; not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated.
- Expiry: Coins may have validity periods; expired coins cannot be redeemed.
- Adjustment & Deduction: ZipMart may adjust/deduct coins for cancellations, refunds, returns, fraud, or policy violations.
- Account Security: Wallet coins are linked to your account; maintain security. ZipMart not liable for coin loss due to compromised accounts caused by negligence.

12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Our Rights
- All content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to ZipMart or licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
- Brand names, logos and designs are protected trademarks.
12.2 User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you create but grant ZipMart license to use it for service improvement and promotion.
- You warrant your content does not infringe third-party rights.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1 Data Collection
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data to provide and improve Services. By using the platform you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 Communication
- We may send transactional messages related to orders.
- Marketing communications require your consent; you can opt out at any time.
14. Third-Party Services
14.1 Sellers
- Products sold by third-party sellers are subject to seller policies; ZipMart is not responsible for seller actions or product quality.
- Disputes with sellers should be reported to ZipMart for resolution; warranty claims are handled by sellers.
14.2 Payment Processors
Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways and are subject to their terms. ZipMart is not liable for payment processor issues.
14.3 Delivery Partner
Orders are delivered by independent delivery partners. ZipMart is not liable for actions beyond its control — report delivery issues for resolution.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Service Availability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance.
15.2 Damages
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
15.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, government actions, etc.).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ZipMart harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Services, violation of Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or your content/conduct on the platform.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Customer Support
Contact customer support to resolve issues. We strive to resolve disputes amicably and quickly.
16.2 Escalation
- Unresolved disputes may be escalated to management.
- We maintain records of communications for dispute resolution.
16.3 Legal Proceedings
Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar. Indian law governs these Terms. Arbitration may be required for certain disputes.
17. Modifications to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be notified via app or email.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
- Changes take effect on posting unless specified otherwise; previous versions are superseded.

19. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect and will be replaced by an enforceable equivalent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign rights to affiliates or successors.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver; waivers must be in writing.
Additional Terms — Tobacco & Age-Restricted Products
Specific additional terms apply to purchase of cigarettes, tobacco products, hookah, rolling papers, and nicotine products. The user agrees that they are at least 18 years old and live outside 100 yards of an educational institution. ZipMart may take action for false declarations or misrepresentation of age.
By using ZipMart's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
