1. Shipping Methods & Charges

a. Delivery Types

  • Instant Delivery (10–30 min): Available for select products and serviceable PIN codes near ZipMart dark stores or partnered outlets.
  • Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before the daily cut-off time (typically 11:00 PM).
  • Next-Day Delivery: For bulk orders, B2B deliveries, or locations outside our express delivery zones.

b. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders above ₹199 (subject to location, promotions, or offers).
  • Nominal Fee: ₹15–₹49 for smaller orders or based on distance, delivery slot, or weight.
  • Surge Pricing: May apply during peak hours, bad weather, or high-demand periods.

c. Packaging Charges

A minimal eco-friendly packaging fee may apply to ensure safe and hygienic delivery. Under our Returnable Bag Initiative, customers can earn ZipMart Coins, wallet credit, or discounts by returning reusable delivery bags as part of our sustainability program.

2. Delivery Timeline

ZipMart strives to deliver eligible orders within 10–30 minutes in express zones. Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Product availability
  • Distance from store or warehouse
  • Traffic, weather, or unforeseen disruptions
  • Order volume during festivals or peak hours

Note: The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and may vary due to operational constraints. We will always aim to keep you informed about any delays.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an SMS, Email, or WhatsApp confirmation with details.
  • Orders are either processed instantly or scheduled for your selected delivery slot.
  • If an item is unavailable, our support team will contact you for a substitute, refund, or cancellation.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real time through the ZipMart App or Website:

  • Order confirmation & preparation status
  • Assigned delivery partner details
  • Live delivery location tracking
  • Estimated delivery time updates

Push notifications or SMS updates are sent at every key stage of delivery.

5. Serviceable Areas

ZipMart currently operates in select regions across Bihar, starting with Gaya and nearby areas. We are expanding continuously — check service availability by entering your PIN code on our App or Website.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If our delivery partner cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy. Delays caused by traffic, weather, festivals, or unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

7. Bulk & B2B Orders

ZipMart supports bulk, restaurant, and institutional (B2B) orders with scheduled deliveries. Timelines may range from 24–48 hours based on availability, quantity, and distance.

8. Delivery Issues

Customers must report missing items, damages, or delivery issues to Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include supporting evidence such as photos or receipts. Verified cases will be resolved with a refund, replacement, or redelivery.

9. Risk & Liability

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is delivered and accepted. ZipMart is not responsible for any issues arising after successful delivery.

10. Legal Compliance

All deliveries comply with Indian laws and regulations, including restrictions on prohibited and age-restricted items such as tobacco or nicotine products. ZipMart reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
